Theme isn't look like the original, everything is criss-cross...

Hi! I have some serious problems with the theme.

1. Theme isn't look like the original, everything is criss-cross... products size and location is not ok.
2. Menu, and the vertical menu doesn't work in the home page.
3. When you hover on featured products, "Add to cart" background isn't the original,
4. Cart ajax is not working.
5. In the home page at the categories for example: 'fashion' tab, when i click on the right arrow to bowl items, it doesn't work products is not changing.
6. When i click on sub categories in the 'fashion' tab on the homepage, products is not changing, and 'best sellers' and 'Specials' tabs doesn't work too.

Can you tell me why is this much problem with my shop? :(
