Certain page has problem

Hye,

I have some problem, my "Sales" page does not same with other product page (Shop, Latest Collection, Handbag, Tote Bag, Sling Bag).

You can go to my site and click Sale Clearance picture.

There is no "Default Sorting" button and swith grid to list button on the right top.

Can you figure what is the problem?

The product shown also is limited to the number I set on "Number of product per page". Its mean, I can't switch to the next page.
