Hi berturk
The child theme, it includes in theme package. To install the child theme then you can do some steps below:
Step 1: From Dashboard choose Appearance>>Themes>>Add New: https://prnt.sc/14pyjxo
Step 2: Choose Upload Theme>>Choose File>>Child Theme>>Click on Install Now : https://prnt.sc/14pyp2b
Step 3: Activate the Child theme: https://prnt.sc/14pyu39
Step 4: Show the result: https://prnt.sc/14pzqlz
( I did it)

There is no "child-theme" among the files I downloaded for this demo, I couldn't find it

When the theme is updated, the changes I made will not be deleted, right? Special thanks for the installation.

Yes if you did on the child theme. Note: You should backup your site before theme's updated.
