    Hello,
    we are using your theme and we are really happy about it!
    Now we have a problem unfortunely.
    We bought a Plugin "Ultimate Affiliate Pro" by WpIndeed and we are having some kind of issues.
    We contacted the "Ultimate Affiliate Pro" support but they replyed that the problem is caused by the theme, because there are issues on theme js.
    Can you help us to fix it? If you need any kind of information, please let us know.

    I checked on your site and found that the theme's customized ( you did on the main and child theme. You changed the theme name also). I am really sorry because i do not support for theme theme's customized. In this case then you have to fix by yourself or connect to customized services, they will check and help you. https://prnt.sc/13o8dg7

    Hello,
    the theme is not custom. We simply changed the name of the theme to not show the name of the template to the end customer. We just changed the name and screenshot. Can you give us a hand?

    There are much plugins and i am not sure my theme, it's compatible at all. In this case then you have to contact to the author of the Ultimate Affiliate Pro plugin again or connect to customized services, they will check and help you.

    Hi Maason,
    of plugins installed in addition to those of your theme there are only Yoast Duplicate Post, Rank Math SEO and Ultimate Affiliate Pro. Also, when I contacted the support of Ultimate Affiliate Pro, they told me that the problem is with the theme.
    I need to solve this problem but I want to understand how.

    I got message from the author of theme, he said that the cause by that plugin and they must to update it. It does not relate to theme.
    In this case then you have to customize by yourself or connect to customized services. I am really sorry.
