    Double Contents on Homepage, Footer not Activated and Products Page Inaccessible

    The homepage and other pages tend to display double contents, which I suspect it to be a demo content import problem. This problem is associated with the OVIC plugin's activation. Also, the selected footer fails to display on the homepage and when it displays on other pages it is poorly styled and not styled with the footer selection.

    The Products menu fails to display all products or products categories, it prompts a message of critical error when clicked upon. Lastly, please find screenshots to the issues experienced. Thanks.

    I've checked your issues.
    Everything is done now. You just need to tick here for this box: https://prnt.sc/13miecl and the duplication and selecting the Footer are solved.

    Sorry for the late response. I am still experiencing an error in the Products Menu and Categories. When I try to access all products it keeps displaying this
    "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress."

    My coder said that your site had an error with the database. He also enabled the Debug: https://prnt.sc/13u9fl5
    It also guided you to check your email then you will get the structure. So, you can check your email to get the support or as for your hosting manager to get the support.

    I have contacted my Web Hosting company and they said the issue is not a hosting issue, which i strongly agree with them. This issue is a database error linking to the purchased theme. I sent all the login credentials and I expect you or the coder to resolve it. Thanks.

    Here is their response:
    We advice you contact a co-developer to help you fix the data base issue as the issue is not a server error.

    It's because you updated Woo without clicking to update the Database so it had the error.
    My coder also fixed for you this bug. Pls check again and let me know.

    You can update the Woo plugin when you see the message to update.
    The cause is because when you updated Woo, it had the notification for updating the database but you did not click to update, so it caused the error.
