Installing Option 12 of the demo doesn't look exactly the same

Hello, thanks for this awesome theme. I purchased this theme specifically because I wanted to achieve option 12. It meets the need of almost everything we want to achieve with our online store. I want our store to look exactly the same before I start customizing with our own content.

Unfortunately, when I installed the demo and everything i was meant to install, it doesn’t exactly look the same. It has this inner vertical scrollbars I have no idea how to remove. I have been trying to fiddle with it using the documentation but it seems that hasn’t been updated up till option 12 and beyond. I understand this could be as a result of the frequency of the updates.

Can I provide details so you help me look into this?
