    Need an emergency support : header style not updating

    Hi,

    Please solve this issue in an emergency basis. Because these pages are on live. While editing the page header styles for the following pages the header styles are not updated, please see image 8. The header current style needed to change to header style 14 , please see image 7. This issue is for desktop devices only, For mobile device the header is good, please refer image 9.

    The cause by your page building. You added the WPBakery Page Builder 's shortcodes to the Elelementor object, they are conflicted together. Please deactivae the WPBakery Page Builder and rebuild your page by the Elementor again.

    There is a very serious issue in our website. The following pages are totally broken and wp-bakery cannot be activated now.

    This is a live site, if any issues to the pages, please provide a solution that does not affect our website working conditions. If anything has to be done at least provide us the backup plan, so that we don't broke any data from the website.

    Only thing we did was we migrated from aws to a new server, and after that all these happened. All these pages were(https://www.moongoddesscouture.com/about-us/

    Kindly help us to keep all the pages as like before. And if some pages has to be rebuilt using elementor please provide us the elementor page template for those pages.

    The cause by shortcodes, they are overided on header. Please provide your FTP account, my coder will check and fix asap

    After about 12 hours these following pages are fixed automatically.

    WP Bakery has automatically activated, we can see this in our dashboard, before 12 hours ago a warning message was there in the dashboard showing WP-Bakery is needed for ovic panel.

    Why was WPBAkery plugin deactivated automatically.

    Also please provide the elementor template for the following demo pages

    https://new-boutique.kutethemes.net/elementor/contact-us/?demo=1644

    So that we can build the /about-us/ & /contact-us/ pages using elementor.

    Since WPBakery is activated, for now the issue is only for the following pages

    For these pages header style 14 is not updating while changing the header, if the page template is selected as elementor full width even after building in elementor plugin. For default template the header style is updating. Please see the image 1.3 for more clarification on page template we have mentioned here.

    If anything has to removed please mention us ahead so that we will be able to build it in any possible alternate ways before removing. and keep it in live for the site.

    This is a production site & kindly be careful.

    By clearing the hosting server cache the plugin auto deactivation issue has resolved. Thank you so much for your support.

    Please resolve the sticky header issue mentioned in the previous reply. Also please provide about us and contact us demo elementor page template , for about us page css code to align the team member name and designation as explained in previous replies.

    The css code to align the team member name and designation is needed when the demo elementor templates for about as and contact us page is provided.

    ie for these two https://new-boutique.kutethemes.net/elementor/about-us/?demo=1644 ,
    https://new-boutique.kutethemes.net/elementor/contact-us/?demo=1644, pages elementor template.

    Please import the elementor template pages for these two pages in our dashboard.

    Along with that please provide the css code so that we can align it and keep those new pages live instead existing pages to avoid any conflicts between wp-bakery and elementor plugin in future.

    Also please check our sticky header section, the logo is not displaying at sticky header section.
