Editing Popup color post clicking add to cart button

Customization : (don't need you to work but would help even if you can direct how to change. CSS isn't working)

The popup on top right after a product is added to cart has a green background color we want to change that to blue (#83B8D3)

DONE. My coder has added the CSS code in Theme Options:

.growl.growl-notice{
background-color: #83B8D3;
}

You should take a backup of this CSS code when you have any change or update the theme.
Pls check again then let me know
