Subscribe Newsletter POP UP and subscribe Newsletter Homepage Not Running

Hi

I'll try to subscribe Pop Up Newsletter and Newsletter Homepage.
1. i'll check modul Fashion Newsletter block, email subscriber not entered
2. verification email after subscription and confirmation email after subscription not send, but this feature is already active 'YES'.

FYI : I'll test send email from menu email "Test your email configuration" email is working.
can you fix it ?

I've tried, but if i'll subscribe from module pop up not running, please test again
