    update theme

    please i want update my theme
    but it's not appear on update page

    Hi albahy
    -To update Kutetheme by manual
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    Step 3: Click on the Healthfood theme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Healthyfood-Child theme
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Ovic Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Ovic Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    - Auto update by one click:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From dashboard choose Update as this link image: https://prnt.sc/12rlmuc
    Please do it and let me know.

    Hello Dear
    please i try update my theme but i have many issues and when reset WordPress and install theme i can't install demo 7 as before please help me ASAP
    i don't want ant data i will enter data again
    please install new theme and add demo 7

    it's just home page but another page for example (check out , product , cart.....) not have dame demo 7 colors
    and it's 2 plugin not updated (Ovic Toolkit - WPBakery Visual Composer) i try update but not work

    - Q1: You enter the dashboard choose Ovic Panel>>Theme Options>>Generals and turrn off the Enable Metabox Option before and check on pages again.: https://prnt.sc/13hcwmv
    -Q2: You have not do as the step 4 and 5 above. I have updated them.
