HOW TO EDIT THIS HEADER

Hello, good afternoon, I have the following problems.
* I'm trying to edit the text of this header and buy button but I can't figure out where to do it.
* On the other hand, the background is not covering the entire background and there is a space at the bottom, how can the height of this section be modified?
