    Hi,
    I am having some customization problem with this theme.
    First of all the design is messy on bigger size monitor like 22 inch monitor. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/12fqght
    During loading site, the style loads later and it goes messy. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/12frb8h
    It would be great if I can add skeliton placeholder before loading website like this bellow image: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/skeleton_screens.jpg

    Another issue is slider looks good on desktop but not good on Mobile device. On mobile, it's not properly aligned but in editor mode it's aligned perfectly. Screenshot issue: https://prnt.sc/12fqugs

    Are you customizing theme? Because it still works fine on our demo. Could you please provide your wp-admin + ftp accounts via secret information area? Our coders would like to check directly your site and update them

    -Q1: the design is messy on bigger size monitor like 22 inch monitor? The cause by your settings, they are not the same values:https://prnt.sc/12jykad and https://prnt.sc/12jylit . Please check and re-configure them.
    - Q2: the style loads later and it goes messy ? Slider ( they are big images) need more time to loading. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
    5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
    Hope it will be load faster.
    -Q3: slider looks good on desktop but not good on Mobile device: In this case then you can re-align images, texts in the slider to the left.
