    How to install all the three demo contents

    Hello! I have just purchased the World mart theme and i have tried following the documentation for installation procedures but i don't see the three demo imports as shown on the documentation. i need help installing the demo contents in a right way i don't want to miss out anything, kindly can i be assisted on this. Also you guys insured us that the theme performance grade is "A" and load speed is about 1 to 2 seconds, but just after i installed the required plugins and measured again the performance was graded "F" with a load speed of 5 sec.

    Am i messing out something during the installation that is causing the performance grade to drop like that ? Please i need assistance on the installation of all the 3 demo contents and the performance issue.

    Could you please provide your site URL + wp-admin + FTP accounts via secret information area? We would like to check directly your host and re-install theme for you. Also, may i delete all your deomo contents?

    Also can you help me concerning the header styles.,
    i want to use header style 2, but it wont apply the changes i wonder why

    Hi AATANCH
    We have installed theme. To configure the header style 2 on home page then you have to enter the dashboard choose Pages>>your Home front page>>Theme Settings and turn off the Enable Metabox option as this link image before: https://prnt.sc/12fju0e. Please try again and let us know your results.

    Thank you a lot for the assistance,
    am now customizing my site, but one thing i haven't understood is this, while i haven't even started customizing anything i measured the performance and it was graded F. what is the Problem? cause before i purchased the theme i tested and performance grade was A, but after installation it's F.     Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
    5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
    6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
