Translation: Unable to load

Getting this error while trying to translate the theme to Turkish language. Could you please provide help with this?

To replicate the same error we get, try to translate "Register" or "Sign in".

Unable to load "/home/hitfonic/toptanfoni.com/var/cache/prod/themes/laber_supershop_homepage1/translations/tr-TR/ShopThemeGlobal.tr-TR.xlf": File /home/hitfonic/toptanfoni.com/var/cache/prod/themes/laber_supershop_homepage1/translations/tr-TR/ShopThemeGlobal.tr-TR.xlf does not contain valid XML, it is empty.

I do not understand. I can translate your other themes through panel with no problems. Why does this is an issue? There are over 170 strings, I need to translate everything to Turkish. Why can I not just do it myself? There is an obvious issue and I have given you the error that causes it. Why does not your coder just fix the issue?

Do you really want me to copy you every single text that needs to be translated?

I believe my english is perfectly fine. I want to translate your theme all to Turkish and I am getting the following error;

I just got his answer. It is because we are not fluent in your languages so we do not create many translation files. So if you need to translate into any language, you can take a picture and we will check and assist you.
