How do we change the items showing in mobile menu? It looks to combine vertical plus main menu? Need vertical to be nested under products.

It's the default of theme. To combine vertical menu plus mainmenu as your question above then you have to customize it. Please contact to Customize Services (https://support.kutethemes.com/support-system/offer-form), they will check and help you. We are really sorry because we do not support for the customize work.
