2)How can translate the website to other language?

Thanks for using our theme.
- Q1: It's Widget menu, you can edit from dashboard>>Appearane>>Menu after that go back Appearance>>Widgets>>Add widgets
- Q2: You can do by the Loco Translate plugin. Or use the WPML plugin If you want to use Multilingual site. Our theme's compatible with them.
Q3: You can study this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/ . Hope it useful for you.

About the menu i have insert new sup category but never appeared as a subcategory. Look the photo first is demo as I want you to show the 2 and 3 it is as it seems to me.

We have checked your site and found that you are using the Elementor version, it does not include subcategory. It works on the WPbakery Page Builder version only
EX:
-Widget on the Elementor version: https://elementor-moozo.kutethemes.net/product-category/tools/
- Widget on the WPBakerry Page Builder version: https://moozo.kutethemes.net/product-category/tools2/tools-tools2/
To show a subcategory on your site the you have to customize by yourself or connect to Customize Services, they will check and help you.

Hello,

1)How connect with Customize Services to help me?

2)I made many changes in many parts of Header but from the next day the initial data appear. WHY?has it to do with updating someone? I need to turn something off?

Q2: We do not change anythings. The cause maybe by your setting on the home front page. Please login your dashboard>>Pages>> home front page and turn off the Enable Metabox Option as the attachment screenshot below and let us know your results.

NOTE: If you have any changes on site the you should customize on the child theme. You changes wont be lost when the theme's updated in the future.

Ok i found, but again i change the "Header Message" but doesn't show the correct, remains the original.

2)How to remove USD and stay only Euro?

To remove this section then you enter the dashboard choose Ovic Panel >>Theme Options>>Generals>>ACE Settings and input these css code
