    To use multilingual and more currencies site the you should use the WPML plugin, it's compatible with our theme and easy to setup and setting. You can refer at the https://wpml.org/, they will support and guide you how to do.

    Hi salvodan,
    To add Multilingual and Currencies on header style 10: You have to edit the header 10 at the wp-content\themes\biolife\templates\header and then add these php code: as the attachment screenshot below and then configure by the WPML
