    installing the demo data does not work

    Dear support,

    I bought your template to use the WP Bakery Edition.

    - I used for this the the "Biolife version 1.x.x" folder.
    - Via CENTOS PLesk I installed the theme "biolife v1.1.4.zip" and activated it.
    - After that I logged into Wordpress Administration and installed all required plugins.
    - I get this: https://mannonasdevy2.dimensionx.de/
    - Now, after I click import content and press install, I get the "IMPORTED" message, but nothing changed.
    - After I click on "import database" and install "sample data" like you have described in your manual, this happens:

    Sometimes the download process stucks - like in the added screenshot number 01, but sometimes it runs completely - but in both cases I get a "oops" Page - like in screenshot number 02.


    Further questions:
    Normally I have installed Wordpress 5.7 - is that also supported by your theme?
    If you fix or do something please describe me what you have done or explain me why the data import does not work. I have bought a lot of different templates here in themeforest and till today importing data has always worked. If I decide to reinstall this template again I have to know the right steps to install this theme completely with all sample datas.

    Hi alipepe77
    The cause maybe by your host settings. I would like to check your host but your FTP account, it doesnot work now. Please check and provide me again.
    Also, which demo number do you want? May i remove all your demo contents and re-install from scratch ?

    Hi Maason,

    I confirm that our FTP host is working 24 hours since for years! Actually there are a lot of customer pages online and I also checked the provided informations - they work.

    So let us find out why it does not work at you - can you please provide me from which land do you try to access? I ask this cause there are a few ftp restrictions to a few lands. Can this be also the reason why the "import sample data" does not work properly?

    By the way - bu sure that you have eliminated the space after username and password - if you "copy & paste" you always copy a space, too - and that will not work!

    Can you please try it again? Thank you.


    I want to install template nr. 7, but also want to try number 17.

    WP Adminlink is working fine.

    The posted url is also working now - I have uninstalled the sample data in "import database".

    Also you should contact to your host provider and change these values ( see the attachment file below). It's the causes

    I have increased them all to:

    memory_limit = 1024
    upload_max_filesize = 128
    max_execution_time = 240
    max_file_uploads = 128

    Please proceed with removing the demo as you wish... it is a test environment so feel free to configure like you want. Thank you.

    Please look to this error message.

    The plugin causes an error - CAUSE IT NEEDS MORE THEN 2GB RAM???? Are you serious?

    By the way - the demo data is not online and the empty is the reason for that?

    I request now from you a technical explanation and of course a full requirement list of this template.

    And I need a fully, FUNCTIONAL documentation for this template. If this template can not be installed by third parties in normal environment then the actual version of your template is not functional. Please explain it. Thank you.

    If you are not able to install and start the template with sample data - please provide me with a functional new demo site by accessing into it. I wil then copy the wordpress content by using a export plugin.

    Please provide me with a full functional installation files and documentation, too - TILL 17.04.2021. I paid for it and either I get a full functional working files or I will cancel the contract. By the way the documentation is not correct translated and the installation guide is still not working! I tried in different ways more then 30 installation attemps and it is not possible to start importing the sample data.

    First of all - please advise me another, good english speaking employee to solve my problems. I have written same sentences moretimes via skype but the actual employee does not understand.

    I have paid for a correct working installation file - till today I did not receive working installation files.

    Yes, you have installed on https://basetrainer.de/version01/ and on https://basetrainer.de/version02 the both templates - but - like I request MORETIMES - without any reason why it works now and how you install it?!

    I have bought from you the template to make a selfinstallation - but I can not do it if you do not provide me with all necessary informations.

    Both installed templates are not working properly with all sample datas: I bought this template primary for shop functionality - the complete shop does NOT work on both templates.


    if no one is able to help me correctly and fast - refund me. I am responsible for a correct working shop and this template is NOT working. Your demo data import functionality is NOT working. I have bought a correct working documentation and of course the correct working installation files - and it is NOT working.


    do not waste my time - refund. Thank you.

    PS: I have checked your server ip (see attached screenshot). And it's reputation is not good. I have no times for semi-professional solutions. So please be professional and stop this by refund. Thank you.

    - Q1: We are sure that you have got the installation file from themeforest.net. You know we have nearly 850 buyers, they use this theme however no one having problems like you and they are always ready to cooperate with us.
    - Q2: As we said on skype, we installed theme by duplicate file from our demo. It's the fastest way because we do not have much time and issues relates to low PHP configuration limits ( see the attachment screenshot, it's the https://basetrainer.de/version02/test1.php ) or your host blocks our ip server also (customers always follow our recommendations and they will change hosting if it has problems with the installation)
    - Q3: There are much demo contents and media files on demo ( more than 1GB ). During the installation theme, it was not possible to download all the files that's why it has not work properly with all sample data. However it's demo data only and we can help later.
    -About our server issue: there are nearly 100 subdomains on it and we think that it's good with us.

    You are very outrageous to say that I am not cooperative. I can not be cooperative if you request technical information or changes which harms german laws or brings the server to critical constitution. That is very unprofessional by you!

    Therefore, if you answer again, I will complain about you. I want to talk to someone else. I need someone who is not wasting our time with excuses and who is a certified to make professional explanations in server hosting.


    Like I had prooved you I give you more then you required but your template has not worked. As I have posted at 15.04.2021 I have increased the values to:

    memory_limit = 1024
    upload_max_filesize = 128
    max_execution_time = 240
    max_file_uploads = 128

    and as a programmer: your requirements are UNREALISTIC!

    None of my acutal running templates need more then that what I have given to you. YOU HAVE PROOVEN THAT, TOO:

    https://www.basetrainer.de/version01 is running your defect template. So something what you have done seems to be run. Not complete and not for what I have paid for, but it runs. This means that your answers are not correct!

    By the way:
    our server is connected with 1GBit in both directions so 1GByte sample data would be imported in 8 seconds if you are also connected with 1GBit or less then 2 minutes if you are connected with 100MBit. But I think you are NOT honest after I have prooved you that your server ip is actually listed on a bad reputation. That is the only reason why your data import is not possible. THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM and defenitly not a bandwith problem!

    It is not important if other customers with lower security parameters where able to import this item or how many subdomains you have. Important is your internet reputation for your server IP and this is listed here as a bad reputation. THIS IS ONLY YOUR PROBLEM. I have paid for your template and I asked you for examples of published websites - you declined. I asked you for correct working installation files (for example with complete sample data download) - but you declined. I asked you to create a complete wordpress site with all sample data files so I can export it - you declined. This last decline shows that your template is actually not running correctly. Every else seller would publish his full working template so it can be downloaded. But you decline.

    I explain to you that I have already bought templates here at envato without that kind of problems but you did not listen and only do it "your semi-professional way".

    I understand you that you want that your template works - BUT THIS IS NOT MY JOB TO WAIT FOR IT UNTIL IT WORKS!

    You get money for something which actually can not be installed here. We have tested it on 3 german high sercurity servers - it does not run. By the way with certified CENTOS employees.

    So be sincere and honest: refund.
