    Major Errors

    Not sure what has happened but we are having major problems. All worked fine at first but since some WrodPress and plugin updates, the back end works intermittently.

    Included is what our hosting company have provided.

    Please help.

    Is this the error that someone sent in the email for you?
    I mean I would like to check the error if it occurs directly on your site (if you see it) then my coder will know and check for you.
    Do you see the error in anywhere of your site?

    I don't see the errors on the site no. I contacted the host to see if they could explain what was going on.

    Say for example if I activate one of the plugins required by the theme to work, then it breaks the plugin section and in turn prevents products from being amended. Error messages just pop up.

    We think the cause maybe by the PHP or Wordpress version, it's too old. Please follow your site and contact us if it gets any problems.

    As far as I was aware we are running the latest version of Wordpress and I have just updated the .php to 7.2.

    Still having problems amending products:

    "Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Ahh yes, I got his answer:
    - The error with Internal Server: it is because your memory is too low:

    You should raise it up to be higher.
    - I see another error when hovering on your product: https://prnt.sc/12i8grg It is because the old theme is not compatible with the latest version of Woo. So we will fix it directly for your site. Pls, provide me again your FTP account (we cannot log into this account anymore).

    Thank you for fixing the site. With your help and the hosting company, my customer is happy again.

    One last thing. Our Slider Revolution slide is not appearing on the home page. Do you have any ideas as to why it is not displaying? I have deactivated the banner on the home page for now.
