Double Add to cart issue

Hello support, when an item is added to cart on the shop page, it added twice.

Thanks support, how do I enable add to cart, I don't want to do update for now because of my customization and this is our selling period, so I can't afford my site to be down for a minute, how do I enably add to cart by ajaz
