About removing Cart and Wishlist Button From Header

Hi;

I have some questions/and problems with Biolife template

1- How can i remove Wishlist and Cart buttons from right of the header? Also there is admin button too which i want to remove.

2- How can i activate Slider Revulotion and Wp Bakery? In item details, about Slider Revulotion says that '' save 53 dollars '' cos template includes Slider Revulotion. But still plugin ask for code/purchase.

3- And how can i activate template licence? I couldnt see any place for use purchase code.
