    Elementor Not Loading

    Hello,

    I recently installed the Armania theme for Wordpress onto my website, but I am having some difficulty loading the Elementor. I keep getting the error the preview could not be loaded, it works in safe mode, but ideally it should work outside of it. Can you please let me know the cause and how we can fix it.

    Could you please provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts again? Currently the FTP account does not work. I will check and update asap.

    Hi Maason,

    I can login to the FTP but for some reason now the WP Admin account does not want to load. I just tried the FTP and was able to get in. For some reason now the website is down which makes no sense considering the only change I made was installing the Armenia theme. Please let me know what else you need so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

    Hi Maason,

    That's strange because I just tried it myself right now via filezilla and it logged in successfully. Did you capitalize the first letter of the password? I also included the updated wp-admin information.

    After further review I was able to fix the issue with the website. It had to do with the Ovic plugin which I have how disabled. If you have any suggestions to fixing the plugin so that it does not cause any further issues please let me know.

    I created a new FTP specifically for the website and fixed the issue with the wp-admin so you should be able to now see the content. If there are any issues, message me on skype: alexander.debo@gmail.com

    Currently your ftp account does not work, please check and provide me again. Also you are using the Storefront theme ( not the kutetheme teams) and i wont support for it.
