    Theme Options not changing settings for website

    Hi there, Theme Options for Flexon theme is not changing anything except the logo. We have followed the steps "3. What should I do if all settings in Theme Options are not applied?" however this is not changing anything. Please can you assist?

    The cause maybe by your host's cache. Please enter the dashboard>>theme option>>backup/reset and click Delete Transients button before as this link image: https://prnt.sc/111oyh1

    Hi there, we have done this however the button colours are not changing from orange and yellow to our chosen colours?
    Please can you also let us know how to change the logo size? We need to increase the logo size.
    We need the search bar to search for products, brands and categories. Currently the search bar is only searching for products, please let us know how we can change this?

    - About the Logo issue: You can edit by the CSS codes below at the Dashboard>>Ovic Panel>>Theme Option>>ACE Setting:
    .logo a{
    max-width:300 px;
    }
    - About the search for Brands and Categories: By the default of theme, it does not includes theme ( search for products only). In this case then you have to customize by yourself or connect to customize services, they will help you.

    Hi there thanks but this has not worked. We have increased the size via instructions and increased width px but there are no changes for the website.

    Hi there, we are also struggling to edit the mega menu. When we try and edit the current mega menu (Mega Menu Shop 17), we are unable to load this with Elementor? This just shows the title but has nothing to edit?
    When we try to change the menu name eg "Shop Pages" to one of our own menus, this deletes the column in the mega menu?

    - About the Logo issue then you can resize your logo again
    - About the Elementor loading issue, the cause maybe something's missing. Could you provide your FTP or Cpanel account again? Currently, it does not work and coder can not check and update. Please check and provide me asap.

    My coder's checked and said that the cause maybe by your host settings. Please contact to your host provider and turn off the zlib option, it maybe the cause. Please check and let me know your results.
