    If your site is a single language, you can use the LOCO plugin. This is the free plugin so you can translate the remaining texts if you want
    Otherwise, you can use the WPML plugin. This is the paid plugin so you will have much more features to translate

    If you want to select Home 02 to be your homepage, you can select here: https://prnt.sc/10ynfi7 then setting again the homepage.

    Could you let me know how you want to customize the header?
    In fact, the header is not the page so you will not able to build it as a page like Footer or homepage. We just have some default styles of the Header in Theme Options and you can select one of them for your site.
    However, if you have a little change, and it's simple, we will check and help you. If not, it will belong to the customized job.
