Go button in header does not work

Hi.
I have some questions about the header setting.
I want to edit Go button located on the right side of header. (https://prnt.sc/10ug88y)
Currently, it just stays on the current page even though I click the Go button. I want to make it possible to go to the cart page when users click Go button.
By the way, I remembered that I have customized header design by using elementor, Unfortunately, I can't remember how I could edit header before.
I would be grateful if you help me to solve both problems.
