    Please, please, please it have been 15 days i created refund request. i didnt use ur theme, even couldnt setup. I just need to get refund please dont make me wait any more. I need that money.

    Because we just handle the problems of all clients when using our themes on this support forum so we do not manage the refund request here.
    Pls submit a ticket on Envato then explain clearly your reason. Then The Admin will check for you
