Thank you so much from the support from your side, but the issue still exist. The scenario is like this is an ecommerce store, that markets various limited offers through the social media platforms and there will be huge traffic during the limited offer durations. At this time the current website is running in AWS of 16gb ram and 4VCPU shows only 30% to 40%CPU utilization and still the site loads very slowly and even the website hangs up for a long time for the customers.
Actually at beginning this was a single domain hosting and due to this site performance issue we changed to WPS with 4gb RAM with 2VCPU and again the website hangs up during the limited offer sessions and again we changed it to the current Amazon Lightsail Bitnami Wordpress Instance of 16 GB RAM with 4 VCPU & 320 GB SSD and the issue still persist during the limited offer session durations. Practically thinking changing the capacity is not helping up to solve this issue.
Also this is an live ecommerce store with a good number of customers frequently experiencing the website loading performance as very weak is a major concern for us. So this is a crucial issue to be resolved. As a suggestion can we do any performance optimization in code or apache for our websites betterment. Because the server side we have changed thrice and again facing the issue of website hanging and slow loading during heavy traffic. We have done all possible optimizations as listed in the previous replies. Or any possible solution from your side is appreciated.
Please be open minded to this issue. This a very serious headache to our valuable customers and our whole team.
