Failed importing sample data (Import Database)

Hi, every time I try and run the sample data import, it fails, regardless of the option that I select (Placeholder, Remote or Local). Please can you assist asap?

Hi Yame,

I don't currently have this on a live server... I have been setting it up locally on my machine. This is a totally fresh copy of the latest version of Wordpress, with the theme installed and all of the required plugins. If you try a fresh install yourself, I'm sure you will have the same problem.

Could you please let me know which version of the theme you are using for your site?
Elementor template or WPBakery Page Builder template? I try to install these templates of this theme on our test site and we still get the perfect result
