Error when trying to edit any page with backend wpbakery editor

All of a sudden today I am unable to edit any page with the backend wpbakery editor, the error i get is the following:
This page isn’t workingsartra-uk.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I've disabled any extra plugins I've added but I am still getting the issue, please can you look into for me
