Can't customize mobile page

I want to edit the mobile headers but I can't find the corresponding code fragment (since I can't inspect as I would do on my computer.).
I would like to delete the highlighted parts on the attached photo but I don't know which .php file to edit and which tags to delete.
I currently don't want to use the "My Cart", "Settings" buttons on the top-right of the phone and the "My Cart" on the bottom menu on phone.
I would appreciate it if you answer precisely where should I delete (or comment out).
