    I have recently purchased the Kute Boutique Theme from Themeforest

    Boutique - Responsive WooCommerce WordPress Theme - 2021's Best Website Themes & Templates WordPress (kutethemes.com)

    We are having some issues as below

    1. Template Import – We cannot import the demo12 template
    2. SLL – The SSL does not configure to the index page - we have installed the WP in a directory with the new theme to https://www.allornothingcompany.com/newsite/ . This site has SSL and no mixed content.

    I guess that you still cannot import the demo content.
    I would like to help you to re-install the theme with homepage 12 as you want.
    Do you need to backup anything? Because I will reset and re-install the theme from scratch. Pls check then let me know

    Yes please reset i can add the images again later

    The only text i need to keep is the under the home page slider

    I have increased the number of files that can be uploaded at once to 100 which. Would that be okay for your web developer?
