Unable to make changes to site theme

Hello,
I have recently purchased the boutique website theme from envato and had them do the installation. However after installation. I'm not sure of how to change the content or website at all.
Ive updated the site logo, but it doesn't change on the website, and changing menus don't change either. It seems the backend is not making changes the front end. Also there is alot of different themes installed a, im not sure if this is normal or not.
Can you confirm the site was installed correctly and also let me know how to make changes?
