Header top and search page problem

I have problems on menu header (photo attached) Im not able to change contents or add different page there when I click for customise it just does not forward me any related page problem2: when I search product the upcoming page is very narrow.Please assist me reason of problem and how to do it.Its clear that the elemantor version has some problems with some headers.(Teach me fishing instead of giving me fish:))
