Issue with installation and editing footer area.

Issue with installation. Not all sample data is imported. Also no editor for footer area. I left this message few days ago but no respond and now I can't even find that post, so don't know what's going on. First time I am using this support and so far very disappointed. Is there any other method to contact support team. I even paid extra to get extra 6 months support, so far nothing but just frustration.
