Footer onepage #link - settings

Hi,
I can add a direct link to a page section. According to OnePage nav mode, for example, for the footer? What I tried was elementary. I added the #contact. I would like you to click on the button in the starting slider to take the user to the footer newsletter subscription.

I did it. I tried with and without #. Separately linked to the footer builder or linked to the newsletter subscription block, but does not work. What do I do wrong?

In a March 19 topic (https://support.kutethemes.com/topic/show-topic/76597) I wrote that the domain name has changed and I can't change the support: Support for domain (required).
The cbga.eu site has been discontinued. I don't use it for this project. Please allow me to change the domain name in my support profile.

You did wrong. The # is the ID so when you put it, you should not put the # anymore.
