Header Changes on Panel not working at all

Hi,
I am completely unable to edit the ready made header templates. I am not able to change the Logo, The name and/or the background colour. All changes I make on Ovic panel are not reflecting at all on the front end. I want to use eg. Header 15. Its very frustrating
Please assist urgently. Its the last thing we require to make the site go live.
