    The reason is that you still enable the Meta box mode in Custom Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/zm8hyh then all settings here are applied for your site.
    The current logo: https://prnt.sc/zm9165
    I am not sure where you uploaded this. You can check again because the logo must be got the one in Theme options: https://prnt.sc/zm94hq
