    The problem is not from your account.
    I said that you should ask again your hosting manager because your server is over ram or overloaded. It belongs to your hosting, not the theme.
    They will help you to check again the memory then open wide if the memory is not full enough.

    I have checked with the server and the memory is fine. I have even installed on a new vps and the same problem is occuring!
