Oops... Slider with alias home 11 not found - demo successfully imported but showing error
Also the vertical Menu Always Open button is toggled off but menu still open and not closing

Because you added the slider named: Medicine: https://prnt.sc/zhlu0v but I don't see any slider on your site: https://prnt.sc/zhlv7m
I imported the slider from the demo site for you and now it works: https://prnt.sc/zhm29f
