- Translate: I installed the plugin Loco for you. So please translate these texts in Loco > Themes
- Remove icons: DONE. My coder used child-theme, custom file templates/header / header-style-15.php

1. Loco translate does not do the translation I want and the system is seriously contracted. For this reason, the loco translate plugin has been removed.
2. The menu does not appear on the mobile site, it is necessary to take action by me or by you.

OMG. I made the mistake. I am really sorry.
1. The loco plugin: I remember that when I tried to translate all your texts, I saw it worked then I informed you of the result. So if you don't want to use the plugin to translate, you can translate these texts in code. However, you are not allowed to update the theme in the future. If not, your changes will be lost

2. This theme does not have the menu on the mobile version. On the demo site, we do not have this option also: https://prnt.sc/zm5itc

How will people visit the site without a mobile menu? how will they find what is where. With 59% mobile users nowadays, it is not nice to have a mobile menu on our site. On the other hand, there was a mobile menu before, I just asked you to remove the login and basket, you removed everything. For these and other reasons this theme does not seem to work for us. Because you even answer the support request 7 days later. In this case, we want to cancel the fee we paid for the theme. How will theme cancellations be done? No, I mean the menu at the bottom of the page on the mobile view. With this demo of the theme: https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/, we do not have this style. And you are using this demo which using the VC template to build the theme.

However, with this demo: https://new-kuteshop.kute-themes.net/ which using the Elementor template to build the theme, we have the style of Menu at the bottom of the page on the mobile view.
