rev slider not showing

The revolution slider is not working and when i enter the Item Purchase Code it fails. Do we have to purchase the revslider again? how do i get the slider to work? i cannot activate it

Now I see that the revolution slider is showing on your site: https://prnt.sc/xzvvbf. Is it working?
If you need to check anything, pls provide me your admin account and take the screenshots. I will help you to check
