module Ovic - Layout control & hook issue

Hello,
I have a problem since I installed a new module last week (modulenameA on secret info) on my prestashop as another module (modulenameB on secret info) which I’m using since 2019 has disappeared from my front office.
Their developers said I should check the module Ovic - Layout control.
It seems that the module Ovic - Layout control which is hooked on "actionModuleRegisterHookAfter" makes sure to withdraw it immediately.
I am worried to make some modifications which might aggravate the problem on my front office.
Would you please come back to me and help me sort it out? Thank you.
