Theme settings not saving

Hi there,
Already mailed you but no reply
It's quite urgent..
I installed the theme
Installed required plugins
Then selected "header 3"
Then saved settings
However the header 3 is not shown
On homepage there is default header, on subpages there is no header
Homepage: http://dutch-plaza.nl/ (not header 3)
Subpage without header: https://dutch-plaza.nl/contact-us/
Please help
