Header Mobile Color

Please I need to change the color of the mobile header to white, when I change it in the theme editor it changes everything, but I only need it to be the background of the mobile header.

My coder said that this requirement belonged to the customized job.
We have the color option in Theme Options so that you can change the main color and the second color. It is applied to the entire site.
If you want to change some sections only, it is a customized job.
