Fail link from chech put back to cart

Hallo
I have found a bug in the system that I do not quite know what to do about.
When I am in checkout and only in checkout. So when you click on the basket then instead of going to the basket you see the menu instead as you can see on the picture. I have not found any other places where it does it. it show the right linking but it show the menu instead of the cart. What can wee do ?
