DONE. He used the Child theme, custom file templates / header / header-style-21.php to fix this problem for you.
Pls check again then let me know

It looks good on the site, but i would like to know how you didt it... Because i know there will come more thing in the future. Normally i am use to build my header or footer in wp-bakery or with widgets. Why is this not a option i this theme, when you can do it with the footer. Maybe a good things to next time.

I already provided you the customized file that my coder did. It is in the Child theme.
The header is one of the pre-designed parts in the theme so it cannot be edited like Footer. Footer is a page so it can be edited with VC and the header is not a page.
