Menu , header, footer

Header and sub menu is not changed in product page / unable to change shop page header
footer is also not able to fix
i applied to all same footer in theme option as well as in Page by page but not working. mainly on the product page.
When page title is ON Page Breadcrumbs under the submenu is displayed
Without loss of current setting how to update theme.
