Theme resource capacity issue

Hello Team,
I have purchased Biolife WordPress theme and setup on staging server http://bajaar.pocketbajaar.com/. When I go to open the home page of website the website gets loading for long time and then give following error:
"Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
However the internal pages are opening but still there is problems.
When I have talked with Hosting Support they have said that there may be some process running in your theme which causing the issue. So I request you to please check the issue and fix it asap.
