Please DO NOT submit a lot of tickets for one problem. We cannot manage properly all.
You still do not reset your site. I installed the Reset plugin but it does not work on your site: https://prnt.sc/wmfnjv So I cannot reset to start installing the theme on your site. Please reply only to one ticket that you provide the admin account.
