How can I have sidebar just for post page and how can I have top bar?

Please tell me how can I have side bar just for post page (not all of page). just like this demo:

also please tell me how can I have the bar at the top of the page just like the screenshot that I've attached.

Thanks for answer.
But if you read my last post I said: I want the widgets just on my blog post page not all of pages. with this tutorial whole pages of the site will load the sidebar.

What have you done?????????!!!!
You've messed up my site.
You just removed my shop page sidebar and all of my pages still have sidebar.
Please roll back your changes.
I DON'T WANT TO REMOVE SHOP PAGES SIDEBAR. I JUST WANT THE SIDEBAR IN POST BLOG AND NOT ALL PAGES
